Pregnancy is a lot! Your body is growing a whole human while trying to survive. 🤰

My favorite part of prenatal care is the bigger picture. Did you know your nervous system during pregnancy is setting you up for either success or a tough road ahead ? Your baby is learning to build their nervous system off of yours! So if you're stressed and STRUGGLING 😩 through pregnancy, imagine what that's doing to baby inside the womb.

When you can find balance pre-birth, you're only simplifying the road ahead... but let's be honest, that doesn't mean the 4th trimester still won't be a challenge...

Unboxing 📦 something I'm really excited about: the CLA Insight Scanner. It gives me objective data on how your nervous system is functioning, so we can see the full picture and track changes over time.

We already have a scan of how well your brain talks to the rest of your body, but this gives us even more information.

It starts with muscular and/or stress tension, and ends with whether you're more parasympathetic dominant 😴🚽, more sympathetic dominant 🤺✈️, or exactly where you should be. 🧘‍♀️
