Woonsocket CTC Health Homes proudly hosted its quarterly Patient Advisory Committee, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where patients are empowered to actively participate in their recovery and help shape the quality of care they receive.
As part of this initiative, interested participants were provided with personal journals to document their ideas, observations, feedback, and reflections throughout their recovery journey. These journals serve as a meaningful tool for self-expression while helping our team better understand and respond to patient experiences.
