Meet the newest member of our TEAM, Matt Wiley, MSN, RN, CPT!
Matt is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Registered Nurse who holds a Master of Science in Nursing and brings extensive clinical leadership experience. His interest in fitness was sparked by his own health challenges, which continue to inform his practical, results-driven approach.
He integrates advanced medical knowledge with evidence-based training methods to help clients safely improve strength, metabolic health, and overall wellness. Matt specializes in developing individualized programs focused on disease prevention, functional strength, weight management, and long-term quality of life. He is committed to empowering clients to take ownership of their health through sustainable lifestyle changes and medically informed fitness strategies.
