What if the life you’re rebuilding is actually better than the one you thought you wanted? 🤍

I was thinking about this while working on this painting.

Sometimes, when you’re in the middle of creating, you can’t see where it’s going. You make changes, cover things up, add new layers, and sometimes wonder if you’ve completely messed it up.

But then… it starts coming together. 🎨

And maybe life is like that too.

What if the changes you’re making right now—the things you’re letting go of, the new paths you’re taking, the uncomfortable moments of not knowing—are all leading you toward something greater?

You may not be able to see the whole picture yet.

Keep going. Keep creating. Keep trusting. ✨

Maybe the best part of your story is still being painted.

What are you creating or changing in your life right now? 💜

🍂 FALL IS HERE… AND YOUR SELF-CARE CALENDAR IS CALLING! 🚨🍂

Cooler temps, busy schedules, shorter days… and suddenly you’re running on caffeine and vibes. 😂☕️

Consider this your sign to GET IN THE HALO! 🧂✨

Our HALO Sauna combines:

🔥 Infrared heat
🧂 Dry salt therapy
❤️ Red light therapy
🌈 Chromatherapy

All while you get 45 minutes to relax, reset, and do absolutely NOTHING. 🙌

And honestly? You deserve that.

🍁 Don’t wait until you’re completely burned out to take a break.** Grab your spot, bring your favorite book or simply close your eyes and let yourself unwind.

💬 Tag the friend who needs to stop saying “I’m fine” and book a sauna session. 😂👇**

✨ Birthday weekend getaway! 🥂💕

A little escape to Niagara Falls with beautiful views, lots of laughs, and some much-needed time to slow down and enjoy the moment. 🌊

Life gets busy, so I’m grateful for weekends like this—making memories, celebrating another trip around the sun, and enjoying the people I love. ❤️

🎂 Feeling grateful, happy, and excited for this next chapter! ✨

Nobody tells you that chasing your dreams sometimes means driving to work with a basket of clean linens sitting in the passenger seat. 😂🧺

But honestly… this is what the journey looks like sometimes.

Some days I’m creating art. 🎨
Some days I’m helping someone relax and recharge. ✨
Some days I’m cleaning linens and getting the studio ready. 😂

It’s not always glamorous, and it definitely doesn’t always look like the dream I imagined—but every little step is part of building something I love. 🤎

So if you’re in the middle of your own journey and things don’t look exactly how you pictured them…

Keep going. Keep showing up. Trust the process.✨

One basket of laundry at a time. 😂🧺

💬 Tell me in the comments: What are YOU working toward right now? I’d love to cheer you on!

And if you’re local, come see what I’m building at Crystal Lake Creatives. Stop in, say hello, browse the studio, and be part of this journey with me. 🤎

Sometimes the little steps turn into something really beautiful.
