We are absolutely thrilled to introduce Frankie Abruzzino, MSW, LSW (She/Her), the newest therapist to join the Chrysalis Family Solutions family!
With over 20 years of combined experience in child welfare and the domestic violence field, Frankie brings an incredible depth of knowledge regarding trauma, resilience, and navigating complex systems of care. She is a dedicated, compassionate therapist with a strong foundation in social justice and community-based practice.

Evidence-Based Care: Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Frank helps clients challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build practical skills, and strengthen emotional regulation.
Areas of Expertise: She has extensive experience supporting children, families, and survivors through complex challenges while centering safety and empowerment. She also has a rich background in facilitating therapeutic groups and serves as a school-based therapist at Rittman Schools.
LGBTQIA+ Affirming: Frankie is deeply passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and strives to create a genuinely inclusive, affirming space where all identities are respected and celebrated.
Her Philosophy: She believes in meeting clients exactly where they are and partnering with them to build meaningful, lasting change.
