🌞 FREE OUTDOOR YOGA 🌞

The space at Veridian Homestead is all set for yoga practice this Saturday! Join Kris Reinecker Collins and Dr. Kelly Dowd of K&K Yoga Retreats for a donation based class at the homestead in Millbury, MA. 🫜

All donations go into our scholarship fund to help more people access yoga retreats and events! Class starts at 9am - bring a mat and some water (and maybe a friend 😉).

🌸 K&K Summer Outdoor Yoga is back! 🌸

We host an outdoor yoga class once a month through the summer at ! The first one returns this weekend - Saturday, June 13th at 9am.

We offer this for free, however we do encourage small donations if you are feeling inclined to contribute. All donations go into our K&K scholarship fund so we can offer more people access to the transformative power of yoga retreats. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Come join and for a lovely morning practice in nature. Just bring yourself and your mat. ☺️

We're bringing back our K&K Summer Outdoor Yoga series, hosted at . We have 3 dates you can flow with us (weather permitting)!

Mark your calendar for 9am yoga on Saturdays for these dates:

💫 Restorative Yoga with Thai Massage & Sound Bath 💫
🤩THIS WEEKEND 🤩

K&K Retreats is hosting a pop up event this weekend at ! Join us for an evening of deep relaxation & self care. 💆‍♀️

This class is a combination of all of our favorite techniques that encourage rest 🧘🏻‍♀️
➡️ Restorative Yoga with props and supportive postures held for long periods of time +
➡️ Thai massage to release muscular tension and create grounding into each pose +
➡️ Sound bath to relax your nervous system into a state of calm and peace

We don't do this often & space is limited so we can give attention and time to each person! We have a small handful of spots left, so there's still time to sign up before Sunday. 😊

Another year and another amazing group of yoga teachers ready to spread their amazing skills, knowledge, kindness, and love out into the world! 🥰

This year marked 10 years of yoga teacher training at ! I have enjoyed every moment and really love how much it has helped ME grow over the years. I've learned as much as I've taught and am so so grateful to be a part of the yoga journey for so many lovely humans over the years. 🤩

I am so incredibly proud of our 2026 HPYC YTT Grads! They put in so much work and grew so much and it's truly an honor that I get to watch every step of the way. I can't wait to see what you all do and watch you all grow into your next chapter. 💖

💖 K&K Yoga CT Weekend Retreat 2026 💖

Still buzzing from last weekend's retreat @ Guest House Retreat Center in Chester, CT! We had an absolutely AMAZING group of strong & powerful women who shared the space with us. It was the perfect yogic mix of asana, philosophy, mindfulness, and community. 🥰

We are so so grateful to have the opportunity to lead people on retreats, to help guide folks on their yoga journey, and to create a community that dives in head first! 💓

✨ RESTORATIVE YOGA POP UP ✨

Mark your calendar! K&K is popping up for an evening of pure bliss and relaxation. 🧘🏻‍♀️

This special event will include a gentle restorative yoga class with hands on Thai massage adjustments and assists to help you fully ground & release followed by a grounding sound bath experience to encourage deep rest. 💆‍♀️

Our restorative experience will be held on Sunday, May 17th from 6-730pm in Sutton MA at Concierge Physical Therapy in their lovely upstairs space. ☺️

Our fall Joshua tree retreat is officially sold out, but we have just opened up registration for next year's week-long retreat in Bordeaux, France! 🤩

We only have 1 spot left for our Joshua Tree retreat this October and we're closing the doors for registration in the next few days! 🤩

If you've been thinking about a yoga retreat, but also love to explore the outdoors this is for you! Spend 6 days/ 5 nights with us at a beautiful, secluded venue complete with a fire pit, hot tub, pool, and more! We'll spend 2 days in Joshua Tree national park, with one day including a guided hike. The trip also includes a guided spirit animal walk at Windwalkers Medicine Wheel, a day trip to Palm Springs, yoga every day, sound bath and stargazing, and local meals from a private chef. 🤗

This class includes aromatherapy to calm your nervous system, restorative postures using bolsters & props to help you feel supported, and hands on assists to encourage releasing tension. It's curated to provide a space where you can fully rest. 😌
