Meet the Team Monday – The Leadership Behind the Momentum at Vantage at Worcester

At Vantage at Worcester, Administrator Maria Verjes and Director of Nursing Stephanie Jones have created a partnership that is making a meaningful impact throughout the building. Their collaborative approach, dedication to excellence, and unwavering commitment to both residents and staff have helped drive incredible positive changes over the past several months.

Together, Maria and Stephanie lead with compassion, accountability, and a genuine passion for quality care. Their ability to support one another, tackle challenges head-on, and inspire their teams has helped create an environment where residents thrive and staff feel valued.

✨ A Night to Remember at Vantage at Worcester ✨

Our first annual Senior Prom was nothing short of magical.

Watching our residents dressed to the nines, smiling from ear to ear, and dancing the night away was a beautiful reminder that joy has no age limit. One of the most special moments of the evening was seeing residents from our vent and trach unit fully participating in the celebration, proving that everyone deserves the opportunity to make memories, share laughter, and enjoy life's special moments.

This incredible evening would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication of our amazing staff, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring this vision to life. Their compassion and commitment made every detail shine.

We are also deeply grateful to the community partners who generously donated their time, talents, and support to help make this event everything we dreamed it could be and more.

A special thank you to Pookie's Lemonade, Kukeebubee Boho, Juan Rivera from DJ's MVP, Autumn Hospice, Salmon Hospice, and New England Hospice for helping create a truly unforgettable evening.

The smiles, laughter, dancing, and memories made will stay with us for a long time. We are already counting down to next year's prom. 💙✨
