Today’s Topic: Creating Purpose 🤝

“Help your loved one find purpose. Dementia does not take away the need to have a purpose. Allow them to help with dusting, sweeping, washing and drying dishes. Baking cookies to donate to the fire department can also really help create purpose.”

Even small, meaningful tasks can bring a sense of accomplishment, connection, and joy. Purpose isn’t lost, it just may look a little different. 💙
