We’re excited to share a new addition to our preventive care services at Crosswoods Dental 🤍

Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) is an FDA-approved, noninvasive treatment that helps stop cavities from getting worse.

SDF works in two ways. The silver component helps kill bacteria and reduce harmful biofilm, while fluoride helps strengthen and protect the tooth from further breakdown.

This treatment does not replace fillings or crowns when they are needed, but it is a helpful option for slowing or stopping decay in a simple, comfortable way right here in our office.

Our team is currently getting certified so we can offer this new option to help protect smiles in a more conservative way.
