Hey you, welcome to June.
I just want to pump a little motivation into you as we start a new month.
Can we agree that everyone has different experiences, different goals, different excuses, different reasons...?
So here is what I want you to do this week: Stop telling yourself your situation is the exception.
Stop waiting for it to become perfect.
Stop assuming the people who are succeeding had something you don’t.
They didn’t.
They just stopped believing the lie.
Pick one thing.
One workout.
One meal.
One small swap — protein shake for candy, water for soda, a walk after dinner.
One habit that confronts whatever you are facing.
Do it today. Do it tomorrow. Do it the day after.
