I’m so excited to officially open registration for the new Rooted Moms Support Group beginning 5/13 at Blossom Enrichment Center in Wrightwood!! 😃

This group was created for moms who carry a lot & need a space to slow down, be supported, & reconnect with themselves among all the responsibilities they carry.

Details:
Blossom Enrichment Center – Wrightwood
2nd & 4th Wednesdays of every month
6:00 – 7:30 pm
$10 per group meeting

Each gathering includes
• support + encouragement
• topic-based discussion
• nurturing community
• 30-minute guided relaxation/regulation practice to wrap up the evening

Please wear comfortable clothes & bring:
• a yoga mat or blanket
• a pillow

No childcare provided. This is your time set aside to be cared for & nurtured. 💛

Registration is required so I can prepare enough materials & create a comfortable space for everyone. Each group is individual, so you’re NOT committing to every meeting. 😉 👍

You’re also welcome to invite a friend! I just ask that they register at least 24 hours before the group so I can be ready.

Rooted Moms is a space to slow down, breathe, and learn simple, practical tools to regulate your nervous system - so you can show up for your child with more patience, presence, and connection.

This isn’t about being a “perfect” parent.

It’s been quiet over here for a while…but not behind the scenes. I’ve been learning, growing, and building something that feels deeply aligned with who I am and how I want to support others.

At RESET, I don’t believe in surface level care. I believe in slowing down, understanding the nervous system, and creating space for real, lasting change.

A gentle reminder this week…

Take a cue from nature. Winter is not a time for big changes. It’s the opposite, actually. This season invites rest, reflection, and turning inward. The air is cooler. The days are shorter. We long for warmth, coziness, and comfort. This is our body’s cycle.

Even though the new year tends to bring pressures on us to start fresh, make changes, adopt new habits & mentalities, this actually goes against our natural rhythm. If your body feels slower right now, that’s its natural design. This is not a problem, it’s not a failure, it’s not laziness. It’s instinct.

Trust that important work is happening beneath the surface, just as it is in the trees. Growth will come again in the spring. For now, this time of rest is preparation. Give yourself permission to rest, to focus inward, and welcome quiet thoughts. When spring arrives, you will feel energized and ready to bloom.
