An M-shaped upper lip is one of the more technically challenging lip shapes to enhance because of its natural anatomy—typically featuring a prominent Cupid’s bow with less visible volume through the central upper lip.

With this lip shape, the goal isn’t simply to add volume. It’s about strategic placement, structure, balance, and respecting the patient’s natural anatomy.
