I wish everyone in the community Happy Holidays! We can all use more sleep this time of year, so I give you a sleep session designed to loop all night while you're in bed. I use isochronic tones at 417 Hz, a Solfeggio frequency to quickly bring your brainwaves into a deep delta state, supporting repair and memory consolidation. Encoding is also added for use with vibroacoustic beds and devices. Audiostrobe is used for light entrainment. Use red as the sleep color set, as it will not affect sleep hormone production. Headphones are not needed, and the light glasses can be put on an adjacent nightstand to facilitate sleep. The 417 Hz Solfeggio frequency is thought to remove negative thoughts, restore positive energy and behaviour, and undo negative situations. Great for those recovering from trauma!
