After more than 40 years of dedicated service to ECCR/HCS, we would like to recognize and celebrate Rhonda Oostdyk as she begins her well-deserved retirement.
Rhonda began her career with our organization as a Direct Support Professional in the Nursery. Driven by her passion for helping others, she went on to earn her Nursing degree and later returned to ECCR as a nurse. Throughout her career, Rhonda demonstrated unwavering dedication, compassion, and an incredible work ethic. Her love and commitment to our residents were evident in everything she did.
Over the years, Rhonda created countless memories with residents and built lasting friendships with coworkers, residents, and their families. She touched the lives of many through her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for others.
In recent years, Rhonda faced significant health challenges, yet she continued to persevere and give her very best each day. Her strength, determination, and resilience have been truly inspiring and serve as a testament to her character and dedication.
Rhonda will be greatly missed, and we thank her for the many years of exceptional care, support, and service she provided. We are grateful for the impact she has made on our organization and in the lives of those she served.
