✨🧘♀️Kundalini is yoga with a soul spark!
It just places a much bigger emphasis on breathwork (pranayama), repetition, and nervous system regulation.
Instead of constantly changing poses, you’ll often stay in one movement or pattern while syncing it with breath and rhythm.
That’s what starts to shift your state — not just physically, but neurologically.🤯
The breath patterns used in Kundalini can directly impact your parasympathetic nervous system (the part responsible for rest, recovery, and regulation).
That’s why people often feel emotional release, clarity, or a deep sense of calm after… even if it didn’t feel like a typical “workout.”
The chanting and repetition can also feel unfamiliar at first..but they’re used to create focus, regulate breathing, and bring the mind out of constant stimulation.👁️
So when people say it’s “out there”…
it’s usually just because it doesn’t look like the fast-paced, movement-based yoga they’re used to seeing. But underneath it, it’s actually very structured, very intentional, and very rooted in how the body responds to breath and repetition.
