One of our favorite ways to help new team members learn the basics of every service we offer.

Battle Cards give them a quick-reference guide to your devices, technologies, treatments, ideal candidates, FAQs, and—most importantly—how to confidently guide a patient toward the right next step.

They’re not a replacement for clinical training or proper onboarding for your non-clinical team. But they are an incredibly helpful tool for building familiarity, confidence, and consistency from day one.

Every person answering your phone, DMs, or front desk questions should feel equipped to say more than, “Let me ask the provider.” 😏
