Hi friends! 👋🏼
It’s been a bit since I’ve checked in! 2 weeks ago I had a procedure on my knee. I went in to this procedure knowing I would be 6 weeks non-weight bearing post-op. I did not anticipate all of the challenges that would come with that statement.

To say the past 2 weeks have been difficult would be an absolute understatement! However I think I’m possibly turning a bit of a corner.

I do think I’m getting to the point where I could come in to see your smiling faces again and provide all the salty services for your “October Slide” needs(just don’t mind me for how slow I move 🩼).

Don’t let that tickle in your nose, stuffy head, chest congestion or migraine take you down! Come enjoy some salty goodness - and give me a reason to get out of this machine 😉

I MISS all of you and can’t wait to see you soon!

When I had this big idea and started this little adventure, I had zero idea what to expect. What has evolved has been amazing to witness and so much fun!

This has been a debate since the very first time my husband did a salt session in the R&R room..WHAT IS CONSIDERED CLEAN?!

One of us thinks the chairs should be dusted and floor clean (example on the right)

One of us thinks the dust is why you visit and thinks it should be cleaned minimally (example on the left)

“Dusty” or not, the results are the same! Respiratory reset ✔️

POLLEN: While the temperatures are a bit more typical today, we are dealing with very high w**d pollen. Ragw**d, chenopods, and nettle remain the main allergens. This is very normal for this time of the year, but you might find yourself taking lots of allergy medications this week if you suffer from them! - 10:30 AM 9/7/26
