As I am studying for my CSC (Certified Strength and Conditioning) I got the opportunity to say “Told you I was right” to my youngest son!!

We had a conversation about importance to being a well rounded athlete (i.e playing multiple sports and conditioning in off-season).

In the world of year round travel sports it is easy to get consumed by one but know that though intensions are good. There is a better chance it will be detrimental rather than helpful.

Let them play multiple sports, condition in off season (TAKE ON OFFSEASON!!) and specialize later.

Stay hydrated! It was already hot at 10am today! Quick morning walk just to get some steps in and continue to build the habit!

Don’t let the heat keep you from being active. Living rooms have been workout rooms for years!!
