Locals, has an event, February 18th at 5pm. Register online and join in. Registration is free!

Now to get at least 30 uninterrupted minutes of stairs in before a small child needs a snack or their 🍑 wiped. 😅

Training doesn’t always fit in a nice’n tidy box. It just needs to get done. 💪
