Deep City would like to thank the Waypost for the opportunity to collaborate on the event that took place Saturday, April 11th. We value having the Waypost girls in our community and admire all that they do for those in need. We truly appreciate the effort their team put in, especially Anna and Cassie for keeping consistent communication and taking time out of their busy schedules. The many months of preparation and dedication resulted in such a successful, seamless day and we now get to take these one-of-a-kind memories with us on our tattooing journeys.
Deep City would also like to thank those of you who showed up to support us and the Waypost in this event. There was an amazing turnout, which subsequently opened our eyes to how important it is for people to be aware of these types of resources. So please, if you or a friend ever needs help, feel free to reach out to ourselves or the Waypost directly. With our sincere appreciation, We love you Yankton and look forward to continue providing you our services!

We are excited to share that Waypost and Deep City Tattoo will be collaborating to bring the community a special Tattoo event!
This month is specifically for Sexual Assault Awareness, although, EVERYONE is welcome! We want to recognize the impact trauma can have on ones mental health. A way to support survivors, and for those who have experienced hardships in life. An opportunity to feel seen, heard, and connected to a community that cares.
Deep City Tattoo has generously reduced their pricing to make this event more accessible and to spread awareness in our community.

Event Details
•Date: Saturday April 11th
•Time: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• All tattoo designs are pre-designed, priced, and sized. (We will not be doing color or straying from the designs offered.)
• A valid driver’s license or government-issued ID is required for proof of age.
• Please arrive early to complete your tattoo release forms.
• Tattoos will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
•After securing a spot in line, if you are not available at your turn, we will move on to the next client in line.
** One tattoo per person

Members of the Waypost staff will be on-site to answer questions and provide information about available support and services.
We invite you to bring a friend and join us as we create a welcoming space, honor survivors, and remind one another that no one has to navigate healing alone. We hope to see you there!

A full back tattoo is not just a big tattoo; it is a long-term collaboration that can take dozens of hours of drawing, revision, and needle time spread over months or even years. The groundwork for a successful back tattoo is laid in consultation, not in the chair. Each session demands focus, stamina, and pride in craft, because the finished back becomes a signature piece representing both the wearer and the artist for life.
