Cats & Kids: A Therapeutic Alliance Cats & Kids facilitates the emotional healing of dumped, injured, or traumatized cats. Welcome to Cats & Kids: A Therapeutic Alliance.

To this end, it employs a combination of animal communication, prayer & spiritual healing techniques, flower essences, and consciousness-shifting, cat-safe, herbs. This work represents the coming together of several of my key passions and areas of study: Spiritual evolution; emotional healing and clearing; the use of herbs, homeopathics, flower essences and ancient healing modalities to shift one'

s emotional state and sense of well-being; the moral and spiritual development of tweens, teens, and young adult; and, more recently, the care of community cats--the ones you may or may not see struggling to maintain themselves entirely by themselves out in the wild. I have come to observe that cats' emotional issues/needs often mirror those of the humans that interact with them, and there are ways to use "CatMedicine" (in the shamanic sense) to improve the well-being of cats and their human companions. In the best situations, both-through the right intervention--will be able to once again live from an open heart. This is what I am to do in consultations: help clear unprocessed emotions and dispel confusion, for both young people and animals in crisis.

A recent and cherished gift from a friend. He had never been in my apartment before, but the colors match perfectly. Once he saw this in a secondhand store, in a shore town where I had once driven two kittens to a rescue from inner city Philly, he knew this was meant for me.

So grateful for my Guardian Tree, a sturdy sycamore that overhangs the balcony of my second-story dwelling.

An intuitive friend who has never been inside my apartment saw this in his travels near the Jersey shore, and knew it was meant for me. It’s perfect for the wall above my bed. The colors harmonize nicely with my bedroom colors. Isn’t this great? James brought the painting by this morning with delicious pastries; I made chai tea, and we had a nice visit.
