How to boost your happy hormones:

Endorphins: Activities like running, swimming, or dancing raise your heart rate and trigger endorphin release. Aim for 20-30 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. 🏃🏻‍♀️

Dopamine: Listening to your favorite music, singing, or even painting and cooking can work your brain in a new way and reduce pain perception.

Serotonin: get outside & get some sunlight ☀️

Oxytocin: physical affection like hugs physical touch and social bonding 🫂
