Many of our clients come to us with lower back pain… and one of my go-to hacks is super simple:

Roll a tennis ball under your foot!
From heel to toe, focus on the inner arch and apply pressure (without pain!)

Why it works:
✅ Releases tension in tight feet
✅ Loosens calves & hamstrings
✅ Relieves pressure along the back chain
✅ Can ease lower back pain in minutes

Do 2–4 mins per foot – standing or seated!
Small habit, BIG relief!
