We are now back open and processing new prescriptions again.

Right now, our system is still a little slow, so we are prioritizing the urgent needs.

Please call us for:
• Urgent medications
• Prescriptions you need right away

If you have enough medicine to last until Monday, please wait to refill.

This will help us take care of patients who need help ASAP.

While we are still unable to fully open, we are able to partner with our sister store, Fredonia Pharmacy. We are working together to have your medications available to you. Please call the Yates Center Pharmacy and we will make sure your needs are met.

We have a team of experts working diligently to resolve the problem so we can reopen as soon as possible. We sincerely appreciate you patience and understanding during this time. We still do not have access to our computer system at this time. We cannot see any refill history or any new prescriptions.

We do not have a timeline, but are working to get a plan in place to take care of you.

In the meantime, please call with any questions - we will do everything we can to take care of you.

We are currently experiencing unexpected computer system issues this morning that are temporarily impacting our ability to process both new and previously filled prescriptions.
