“I think you’re the magic woman” a newer client said after I asked her how she was feeling. “I’ve gone back and forth for years and this is the only thing that has worked.” She said this after her third session.

While I can’t confirm or deny the magic, I will say restorative assisted stretching quietly continues to prove its efficacy. Seeing a client finally find relief after years of searching is exactly why I love this work.

My name is Kishani Obey. I am a NASM-credentialed Certified Stretch Practitioner, a Reiki Master teacher, wellness specialist, and a villager of Yellow Springs.

I am the owner of Sage & Stretch Restorative (formerly From The Planet). Here, I offer a range of healing modalities, including Restorative Assisted Stretching, Thai Yoga Stretch, Anghani Energy Healing, and Reiki.

Beyond my practice, I teach Reiki at Mystic Life in Xenia and serve as Vice President of the Board for the Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce. I also continue my education in the world of wellness and healing through various schools and organizations.

After a year-long break from social media, I’ve returned to this space to better connect with my community and grow my online presence. Everything I do professionally serves my purpose on Earth, and I am deeply grateful for that.
