The Queen of Violence title still lives with the best & baddest Christine M Ferea !!! 5 years working together and had to come out and support for this event.

Christine, you’ve been fighting more battles than just the ones in the ring, and I am beyond proud to see you prevail no matter what life throws at you. You’re one of the strongest women I know, and I feel blessed to call you a friend. Nothing but love for you always!

BKFC Fenway was a great venue and it was so fun to watch the fights from a stadium that’s been around for over 100 years!

TFN was back at it, doing what she does best. Till next time ✌🏻

Another incredible year at ISSN! Especially since this year I got to represent my favorite company AstaReal Inc , the global pioneer in natural astaxanthin (my #1 recommended supplement to all my clients for the last 5 years !!!).

Learned so many new things and constantly amazed at what amazing research this conference showcases and all the talented, genius masterminds that attend.

There were many new supplements I learned about and technology that peaked my interest and will be eager to utilize in my own practice.

If you’re a young professional, come nerd out with us next year. I promise it’s the best decision you’ll ever make!

Enhancements are a tool. Nutrition is still the foundation!

No matter what protocol an athlete is on, they still need the right building blocks to fuel performance, support recovery, maintain hydration, and maximize adaptation.

Without those fundamentals in place, you’re never going to get the most out of any performance tool.

That’s exactly why games day nutrition remains such a critical piece of the puzzle.

For our weightlifters, the priority after weigh-ins is rapid rehydration and refueling. Fluids and electrolytes come first, followed by carbohydrates and protein to replenish glycogen stores and support recovery before stepping onto the platform. Adding carbohydrates and creatine alongside electrolytes can also help support fluid uptake and storage within the body.

For our swimmers and track athletes, carbohydrates are king. These explosive events rely heavily on glycogen as a primary fuel source, so our goal is to keep energy stores topped off with easily digestible carbohydrates before, during, and after competition. From fruit and applesauce to gels, sports drinks, and yes—even candy—every snack has a purpose.

The goal isn’t to eat perfectly.
The goal is to fuel strategically.

Because whether you’re an Enhanced athlete, an Olympian, or a weekend warrior, performance starts with giving your body the fuel it needs at the right time.

A dedicated post to the dream team behind the scenes 👏

None of this would have been possible without this incredible group of people. Truly some of the most talented professionals I’ve ever had the privilege of working alongside. If you looked up the definition of a high-performance team, you’d probably find these photos next to it 😎

So grateful to have collaborated with some of the best minds in sports science, performance, recovery, and athlete care to help bring this event to life.

An opportunity and experience I’ll never take for granted. Beyond proud of what this team accomplished together.

Yesterday, history was made. Not just because broke a world record, but because every one of our athletes took a leap of faith into something never done before.

What the world saw was only a small glimpse of the last 4 months. These athletes faced scrutiny from their sports, spent months away from loved ones, pushed themselves to their limits every single day, and did so while living through a war! The pressure they carried not only to prove to the world what they were capable of, but for the opportunity to earn truly life-changing money is something that should never be overlooked.

Every one of our athletes gave everything they had yesterday. While not every world record attempt was seen on the broadcast, I witnessed the work, sacrifice, those successful attempts, and dedication behind the scenes since day one.

The world will judge Enhanced athletes without fully understanding the intricacies of what was accomplished. But what stood out most to me was seeing over 20 personal bests set by athletes who had already dedicated decades of their lives to sport and came out of retirement to see what science, innovation, and human optimization could help them achieve.

That has always been the mission of — helping athletes become the absolute best versions of themselves. And despite what many expected, the athletes remained incredibly healthy throughout the process. With comprehensive medical oversight, ongoing monitoring, and an integrated science, nutrition, and recovery team, we saw no major adverse events — only athletes continuing to push the boundaries of human performance.

I am beyond grateful to have been part of this journey. Getting to work alongside some of the most talented athletes in the world and one of the greatest teams I have ever been around has been the honor of a lifetime. The relationships and bonds built throughout this process are ones I will carry with me forever ❤️

Until next year 💪🏻

Always love guest lecturing for ! I am always grateful for the opportunity to speak with his students and share real time insights into the field of sports nutrition.

This was a special one being able to share more about my new role with Enhanced and the work we’re doing across multiple sports. Huge thank you to for joining and giving his perspective as an athlete—it added so much to the conversation!

Why do I love Astaxanthin? All the science explained right here and what’s convinced me to make sure EVERY athlete I work with makes this an essential supplement they include in their daily regimen.

I recommend 12 mg/day for athletes.
Daily. Consistent. With a meal.

If you want stronger mitochondrial resilience, faster recovery, and real cellular protection…
This is the supplement to prioritize.

Comment POWER for my antioxidant + recovery stack.

Cramping mid-weight cut? Here’s your emergency playbook.

Cramping = electrolyte imbalance.
And when you’re actively dehydrating, it’s no surprise the body starts signaling distress.

If it gets bad mid-cut, here are my top 3 fast-acting supplement fixes I keep on hand for every fighter I work with:
1.Magnesium glycinate (or bisglycinate)
Best absorbed, minimal fluid retention risk.
Stick to a low dose (50–100mg) to avoid GI issues. Quick, easy, reliable.

2. Hot Shots
A micro-dose combo of magnesium, sodium, and potassium. Helps settle the neuromuscular system without pulling in excess water.

3. First Endurance Liquid Shots
Another great gel-style option. One shot = small electrolyte bump to ease the cramping.
Just make sure sodium is
