Seraph Sound Sanctuary, LLC Heather Sheets is a Reiki Master on a journey of soul helping people to transform their life through self-empowerment.

Sharing tools and practices to cultivate peace, Heather is a Reiki Master Teacher, Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, Native American-style Flute Teacher, Medicine Drum Birthing Facilitator, and Andean Shamanic Practitioner. Together with the client, Heather shines light on unhealthy patterns of thoughts and behavior and guides individuals to identify the root cause. By becoming aware, individuals ma

ke connections to the subtle energies within themselves and begin to take an active role in shifting their world. In a session, Heather identifies blockages, disturbances and disruptions within the energy field. With the use of a variety of instruments, as well as a multitude of techniques Heather will help to create balance within the energy bodies, leaving clients with a sense of peace and harmony. Our time together will begin with connecting and reflection before journeying through the interweaves of sound.

Sound has a way of transcending time and space, allowing the listener to drop deeper into the dwellings of the inner webbing. A cosmic dance plays within consciousness enticing a journey of depth and enrichment. The freedom from the constant push and pull of the mind allows for sacred rest and an opportunity to release, receive messages and guidance, and access untouched pathways to healing.

Following our sound journey, we will surround the sacred fire under the full moon to release using our kawsay (breath/life force).
Bring items of comfort....yoga mats, blanket, eye pillows, water, journal.
