MAKE BREAKFAST WITH ME
high-protein + actually satisfying

Today’s plate:
🍳 Eggs + spinach
🥯 Cinnamon raisin Sola bagel + cream cheese
🫐 Mixed berries
🌱 Chia walnuts

Simple, balanced, and something I actually look forward to eating.

One of the biggest things I teach my clients is that breakfast doesn’t need to be tiny—or carb-free—to support fat loss.

An easy formula to remember:

PROTEIN + FIBER + CARBS + HEALTHY FAT

And you can make this work with whatever you have at home.

Easy swaps:
→ Bagel → whole-grain toast, English muffin, or high-fiber wrap
→ Eggs → eggs + egg whites, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, or tofu scramble
→ Berries → any fruit you love
→ Spinach → peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, or frozen veggies
→ Walnuts → almonds, peanut butter, chia, flax, or h**p seeds

The best breakfast isn't the “perfect” one. It's one that keeps you satisfied, fits your goals, and you can actually make consistently.

Save this for your next breakfast idea.

What’s your go-to breakfast lately?

If you’re tired of trying to figure this out alone, DM me RESET and
let’s build a plan that actually fits your life.

Eating as little as possible isn't the goal.

Especially for women who are trying to lose fat, get stronger AND
actually maintain their results.

Yes, a calorie deficit matters for fat loss.

But your plan also needs to give you enough nutrition to:

• hit your protein needs
• fuel your workouts
• recover from strength training
• manage hunger
• actually stick with it

I'd rather build you a plan you can follow consistently than give you
the lowest calorie target you can tolerate for a few weeks.

Sustainable > extreme.

Save this if you're done thinking you have to barely eat to see progress.

You open an app, scroll through workouts, and pick whatever looks good that day.

You’re putting in effort—but it’s hard to know whether you’re progressing when the plan keeps changing.

A structured strength routine gives you something to build on. You can repeat movements, improve your technique, and track your reps and weights over time.

That’s part of what we work on inside Stronger After 35, alongside nutrition habits that support your goals.

You’ll know what you’re working toward when you start your session.

At 6 p.m., you probably aren’t looking for a complicated recipe with 14 ingredients.

You want something easy, satisfying, and ready before you start picking at everything in the kitchen.

Try prepping a few building blocks:
• A protein you enjoy.
• An easy carbohydrate.
• Washed or cooked vegetables.
• A sauce that makes it taste good.

Inside Stronger After 35, we work on practical meals that support your goals and fit your life—including the nights you have very little energy left.

Want a nutrition + training plan built around your real life? DM me RESET.

Do calories matter?

Absolutely.

But telling a busy woman to simply “eat less and move more” doesn't
tell her how to actually do it.

How much should you eat?

How much protein do you need?

What happens when you're starving at 4 PM?

How do you strength train when you only have 30 minutes?

What do you do on weekends?

How do you eat when your family wants something completely different?

And what can you realistically maintain for longer than two weeks?

That's where the actual strategy comes in.

Fat loss isn't about ignoring calories.

It's about building your nutrition, strength training and daily habits
around your real life so you can stay consistent with them.

If I wanted to lose 10–20 lbs, I would NOT…

❌ Drop my calories as low as possible
❌ Cut out carbs
❌ Skip meals to “save” calories
❌ Do cardio 6–7 days a week
❌ Try to be perfect Monday–Friday and then feel like I ruined everything over the weekend
❌ Start another plan I already know I can’t maintain

Instead, I’d make fat loss as simple and repeatable as possible.

I’d focus on:

→ Protein at every meal
→ 3 solid strength workouts per week
→ More daily movement
→ Meals that actually keep me full
→ Keeping foods I enjoy IN my diet
→ Having a plan for weekends, eating out, and busy days
→ Getting consistent before worrying about being perfect

Because losing 10–20 lbs isn’t just about getting the weight OFF.

It’s about building a routine you can actually maintain once you get there.

And if you’re a busy woman who feels like you’re constantly “starting over,” this is exactly what I help my clients with inside Stronger After 35.

10 weeks of personalized nutrition + strength coaching with a Registered Dietitian + Certified Personal Trainer — without crash diets, cutting carbs, or living in the gym.

DM RESET and I can make you a custom meal plan that fits your lifestyle so you don't have to guess anymore.

Your grocery cart does NOT need to look like it belongs in a wellness
influencer's refrigerator.

Buy the shortcut.

Frozen vegetables.

Bagged salad.

Pre-cut fruit.

Rotisserie chicken.

Microwave rice.

Pre-cooked protein.

Greek yogurt.

Protein shakes.

Frozen meals that fit your goals.

You don't get bonus points for doing everything from scratch.

I care a lot more about whether there’s actually something you can eat
when you get home exhausted at 6 PM.

Healthy eating gets much easier when the easy choice is already in your house.

I look at what she ate BEFORE 5 PM.

Because sometimes nighttime overeating starts with:

Coffee for breakfast.

A tiny lunch.

No afternoon snack.

And 7+ hours of telling yourself you're “being good.”

Then suddenly you're standing in the kitchen wanting everything.

That's not the moment I want to start troubleshooting.

I want to go backward.

For many of my clients, we start with:

A real breakfast.

Protein at meals.

Enough food at lunch.

A planned afternoon snack.

You might not need more willpower at night.

You might need a better strategy during the day.

10/07/2026

As a dietitian, I would rather see you eat a rotisserie chicken with
microwave rice and frozen broccoli than buy aspirational groceries
that rot in your refrigerator while you order takeout.
Busy women need CONVENIENCE.
You do not get extra fat-loss points for chopping every vegetable yourself.
Build your environment around the life you actually live.

10/06/2026

Spoiler: I’m not copying and pasting a generic meal plan.

I’m looking at YOUR life.

Your schedule.
Your current intake.
Your protein.
Your hunger.
Your workouts.
Your weekends.
The foods you actually like.
The situations where everything usually falls apart.

Because knowing what you “should” eat usually isn’t the problem.

The harder part is figuring out how to do it when work gets crazy,
dinner isn’t planned and you have zero motivation to cook.

Your plan should work on those days too.

That’s the difference between information and actual coaching.

DM RESET if you’re tired of trying to figure it all out yourself.
