🔔I’ve been hosting monthly Sound Baths there for the past year, this is a place that is not the typical studio where I used to facilitate this kind of experiences. This is a spot where community, venue and art gallery vibes co-exist.

🤍It’s been a pleasure for me, because the sound system allows me to share a real immersive experience, where the sound involves you 360*

Very excited to be back at .cobra.yoga to facilitate this cacao ceremony with Nev on Sept 6th!

🪹🍁Harvesting the energies of Corn Full Moon, we will gather over centering practices to ground ourselves into Autumn: the bountiful season of introspection, renewal and fresh beginnings.
Practices and ceremony will include cacao and its sacred plant-spirit, Muladhara-focused meditation (root energy center for safety, stability)Prithvi mudra, and sound.

💥🎼Using a soothing blend of crystal singing bowls, grounding drum rhythms, chimes, and earthy tones, this session will stabilize your energy, calm the nervous system, and anchor you in the present moment.
