Whether you have osteopenia or osteoporosis, or simply want to be proactive about keeping your bones strong as you age, these specialized classes are designed to support bone density, strength, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
The program is based on Dr. Loren Fishman’s clinically studied method and uses your own body weight — no external weights needed.
🌿 INTRO TO WEIGHT-BEARING YOGA FOR BONE HEALTH
A perfect place to start — no prior yoga experience needed.
This course combines practice with education. We’ll explore how bones work, what affects bone density, and what you can do in everyday life to help keep your bones strong and healthy. We’ll learn the yoga postures step by step, with modifications when needed, while gradually building a safe and effective home practice.
The course also incorporates Dr. Fishman’s newest 2026 practice recommendations, including updated guidance that takes the osteoblast refractory period into consideration when structuring your practice.
Tuesdays, 5:30–7:00 PM
September 8 – October 27 | 8 weeks
Resident $240 | Nonresident $288
🌿 WEIGHT-BEARING YOGA FOR BONE HEALTH LEVEL 2
For those who have completed the Intro course and want to continue developing a consistent Bone Health Yoga practice in a supportive group setting.
Level 2 provides the accountability, structure, and community to help you stay committed and steadily progress. We’ll continue refining the foundational postures while also introducing poses from Dr. Fishman’s second and third series, allowing you to expand and deepen your practice over time.
It’s a space to keep learning, stay motivated, practice consistently, and enjoy the support of others working toward the same goal — stronger bones for life.
