CrossFit Hampton Roads CFHR is a community of humble and hard working athletes that come together to do extraordinary things.

The mission at CrossFit Hampton Roads is to provide QUALITY coaching and programming driven by the needs of our athletes, in an encouraging and safe environment, to promote overall health and wellness. We believe that everyday is an opportunity to try something new, and step into the unknown and unknowable. Our coaches help our members build confidence and do things they thought weren’t possible.

We are a complete health gym, providing coaching and resources to train, eat, sleep and recover better.
