Understand that the assumptions that you’ve had about yourself - the ones that you’ve been operating from that have gotten you this far in life; you either inherited them i.e. they are beliefs that have been held within your family (possibly from generations past), or they were “given” to you from childhood experiences.

Those assumptions are keeping you from achieving things you barely allow yourself to dream about.

The only way to escape these assumptions is to learn to discipline your mind. Decide that you’re no longer available for these beliefs and persistently focus your attention away from them.

You cannot allow your negative, limiting thoughts and emotions to be stronger than the new mindset you’re creating.

Your choice - you can live unconsciously and allow the old assumptions and feelings to run the show OR you can live consciously and choose your assumptions and the feelings that you are going to attach to them which is guaranteed to bring you different results.
