❤️‍🩹 This gentle, supportive class is perfect for anyone looking for a slower-paced practice, whether you’re working through an injury, managing chronic pain, or experiencing limited mobility.

🪑 We’ll flow through gentle chair-based yoga, breathwork, meditation, aromatherapy, guided visualization, and optional hands-on massage in a small, personalized setting.

One of the biggest reasons people avoid yoga is because they think they’re going to do it wrong, but every single person who has ever stepped onto a yoga mat started as a beginner.

We’ve watched people walk into their first class convinced they’re too stiff, too old, too out of shape, too anxious, or too inexperienced. A few weeks later, they’re moving with more confidence, breathing easier, sleeping better, and wondering why they waited so long.

If you’re holding your breath, trying to force your body into shapes it isn’t ready for, or spending the whole class looking around the room to see what everyone else is doing, you’re not failing at yoga. You’re learning!

How often do you find yourself looking down at your phone, sitting at a desk, driving, scrolling, or carrying the weight of your day on your shoulders? 🤔

Most of us spend hours each day in positions that cause the chest to tighten and the shoulders to round. Over time, that contributes to poor posture, shallow breathing, and even lower energy levels.

Physically, heart openers help create space, support healthier breathing patterns, and strengthen the muscles that help us stand tall.

Energetically, heart openers invite us to soften. They encourage vulnerability, connection, compassion, and a willingness to stay open to life, even when it feels easier to close ourselves off.

We’re moving Slow Flow outdoors for the summer! Starting this Friday, we’ll be practicing at Bicentennial Riverfront Park in Yorkville. 🌞

The sound of the river flowing, the breeze through the trees, birds chirping, and the feeling of moving your body in open air creates an unexplainably grounding experience like no other! 🦆

Breathing fresh air can help you feel more awake and energized, natural morning light helps regulate your circadian rhythm, and being surrounded by nature helps calm the nervous system and reduce stress levels. 🌸

Today we pause to honor the lives of the men and women who gave everything in service to this country.

We talk often about presence, energy, compassion, and community. Today feels like an invitation to hold space for remembrance with that same intention. Move a little slower. Love people a little deeper. Recognize the sacrifices that allow so many of us the freedom to gather, heal, breathe, and simply be together.

We are sending love to every family carrying loss today, and holding gratitude for those who never made it home. ❤️
