4 Reasons you may want to check HORMONE levels:

1. A Desire for PEACE in the Kingdom. If your progesterone is low, there is angst, anxiety, and poor sleep.

2. Having trouble losing weight? Estrogen dominance will make your efforts so much harder than they have to be

3. Unexplained aches and pains? Hormone balance can help minimize this.

4. Slows the aging process. By keeping hormones balanced, your mind and body begin to forget your chronological age. You will feel younger.

Progesterone (cream) - protective against breast cancer, and pre-menopausal hot flashes, improves sleep, and helps to decrease anxiety. I refer to progesterone as the protector and peacekeeper.

Estradiol- is why women are such great multitaskers! This has more to do with our libido than testosterone and is protective against dementia. This helps with post-menopausal hot flashes.

Estriol- vaginal lubrication and aging skin are 2 reasons why we love estriol

Blood work does not test for the ratio between the hormones which is the most important part of helping women with their symptoms. Saliva and urine testing are always best.

What about testosterone? Most women have a low DHEA as well. By supplementing, DHEA converts into testosterone (as well as estradiol). But if it is low after that, it can always be added to the compound cream.
