This month's meditations will be focused on the Root Chakra and the qualities of being grounded, balanced, stable and safe.

This week we practice a Tree Grounding technique that will help you get connected and be in flow.

Marnie has been leading Guided Meditation for over 8 years. She combines the healing frequencies of sound with gentle guidance for self-healing.

You can dive deep or simply come to relax, the choice is yours... you'll receive the benefits either way. 😊

Plus we've added my Shamanic Harmonic Drum and Rattle, and we'll be moving around the room more so the sounds are even more immersive!

Maybe you remember us, maybe you don't so let me fill you in.

Back in 2023 we started a little podcast called Musings From The Mystics. We talked all about the energetic climate, how we navigated life and growth and shared our wisdom. (You can scroll back to the beginning and listen to past episodes). We aired for about a year then put her to bed for a while.

With the opening of The Y'Ville Well and all the amazing things we're doing, it seemed the perfect time to wake her up!
