This is my invitation to you to invest in yourself and your well being. Tandem R&R is a potent session designed relax, reset, and bring the recipients into balance.

Too often, we put ourselves on the back burner or direct our investments into things that don't necessarily help us grow or heal. I invite you to reconsider where you may be putting your investments in yourself, and to consider joining me and Kelly Rye to experience this unique four-hands healing session.

You get two seasoned practitioners holding space and directing their expertise and intention toward you, and you alone, for your allotted time. Through this session, you will gain access to a deep level of relaxation and release; you then get access to The Dream Space within The Y'Ville Well to extend your session a bit further before returning to the real world. Take some time to literally turn it all off inside The Cocoon, our sensory deprivation space; entertain your inner child in The Creative Cave with coloring, doodling, or journaling; hang around on the egg swing in The Wonder Room and gaze at the clouds hanging all around you; read or meditate on any of the chairs or benches in The Dream Space.

If you're looking for something to do before or after your session, downtown Youngsville has a little something for everyone - there are several cute shops, a couple of places to eat, and an adorable drive-through coffee shop beside the railroad tracks. The Y'Ville Well is also about 10 minutes from downtown Wake Forest! There are many opportunities to make this day anything you wish it to be.

STORYTIME! How relaxing is reflexology, you ask?? This one time at a large sponsored slumber party event for middle-aged women, everyone I touched fell asleep 💤in the midst of (((BLARING))) music🎶, an MC screaming into a mic)🎤, and about 300 women running 🏃‍♀️‍➡️🏃‍♀️‍➡️🏃‍♀️‍➡️amok at a boutique hotel. It was amazing. I left feeling extremely overstimulated 😵‍💫, with a banging headache ⚡️, AND with a greater understanding of the power of this work💆🏻‍♀️.
