My favorite employee and paw-ject manager 🥰

My husband surprised me with installing some diffused strip lighting in the studio last weekend! It’s been great to be able to adjust the lighting for each client, making our sessions even cozier!

Having this space in my home has been such a blessing! Just realizing today marks 3 years of being full time at Reach + Root and 6 years since it all began!
Here’s to continuing to grow 🌱🤍✨

Stay safe out there this weekend everyone!

I’ll take a Pilates Reformer class for myself tomorrow, but otherwise you can find me under the chunkiest throw blanket in the house with my dog and a coffee.

I love that I get to call Reach + Root my full time job 💗

1. Planning out the year with my business bestie .fineart - so many big goals on my bingo card for 2026!

2. Playing with new props in the studio for feedback!

3. my clients really feeling the effects of the course I took this weekend!

4. Inspiration from friends 💛

5. Creeping on book collection in the studio and adding to my never ending movement TBR list

6. Early bedtime with a library book (my husband and I reading the same books has been fun!) and snuggles from Mozzie 🥹
