We are creating space for a whole revolution💫

Our latest Rest & Play was a success and allowed new avenues for community. We had conversations of intergenerational healing, new walking groups, an understanding of herbs + sound that allowed us to hear ourselves again.

We truly appreciate all of the voices and partners that showed up to be part of our WELLbeing.

We're taking WELLbeing on the road!
Join us for the 1st ever Black Girl WELLbeing Field Trip. We're heading to , a Black woman-owned candle studio, to make our own custom candles and linen sprays. This is what field trips look like when healing is the destination — new experiences, new tools, and the kind of connection that only happens when you're in a room full of your people doing something beautiful together.

Black Girl Magic Day was phenomenal✨

We played, rested Yoga Nidra style and learned the importance of a touch which holds awareness. We can understand and utilize the power we have inside with one another.

taught us how to sip tea slowly. She encouraged us to be gentle with the cup and embrace our own softness through the sipping of tea. And gave us permission to allow our pinky to flow up in the air while drinking tea. 😊

taught us how to embrace the power of a healing touch. And how much we actually need to be held and the connections that exist through an intentional touch. We regained our understanding of how we heal collectively.

We truly appreciate the commitment to community💖

They ate, laughed, supported each other, planned trips to concerts together, etc. Because WHEN WE GATHER, the blueprints for liberation are laid out and set into action. 💜
