Cake recipe is from Deb . It’s the classic party cake in Fudgy Chocolate. Swapped sugars for coconut and maple sugars, Dutch cocoa for organic cacao. Glaze is a simple chocolate ganache with raw heavy cream, 70% dark chocolate and a little bit of grass fed butter. Sprinkles are dye free from Watkins.

And yes—sorry if I look a little intense 😅 like I said, real morning, real mom, just trying to get breakfast on the table.

Scrambled French Toast (1 serving)
• 1.5–2 slices of bread, cut into cubes
• 2 eggs
• Splash of milk
• Pure vanilla extract or vanilla bean powder
• Sprinkle of cinnamon

Whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together. Add in the cubed bread and mix well. Let it soak for about 10–15 minutes (or less if you’re short on time).
Heat a pan over medium heat. Once warm, add butter to coat the pan. Add the soaked bread mixture and gently move it around the pan like you would scrambled eggs.
Cook until the egg is fully set, then remove from heat and transfer to a plate.
Serve with a drizzle of pure maple syrup, a dollop of plain Greek yogurt, and another sprinkle of cinnamon.
If you want to round it out, I like adding a side of meat and fresh seasonal fruit for a more complete, balanced breakfast that keeps kids fueled all morning.
