Most people never realize they’ve adapted a swallow pattern that can contribute to TMJ dysfunction, facial strain, mouth breathing, and a gag reflex!
❗️Proper tongue swallow = tip of the tongue to your palate that waves the liquid/food back, lips relaxed and sealed, with minimal facial muscle compensation.
