Barbara spends part of each year on Amelia Island and was concerned about leaving behind a wellness routine that had become an important part of her life.

We're so grateful she found Serene and trusted us to be part of her wellness journey while she was here.

One of the things we love most about what we do is hearing how our clients incorporate services like cold plunge therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and other wellness experiences into their everyday lives to help them feel their best.
