✨”Getting fillers will make you look puffy and fake” Words that I hear sooo often. I always try to emphasize that it has to be the 1) right product, 2) an extensively trained provider , 3) realistic expectations , 4) a plan both the patient and provider agree on. ✨If it makes you look better, you feel better, and if you feel better , you live better. ~Melanie

Skincare✨ products can be overwhelming and confusing. I have 5 favorites I use ,that I’ve studied , and use every day. You don’t need to get this exact brand , but these are some of the best I’ve found.
In the morning I use the Moisturizer and/ or a hyaluronic acid , and then my Sunblock.
In the Evening after cleansing I use the growth factors. Vitamin C, Retinol, and end with a Deep moisturizer . Thoughts on aesthetic trends. Misconceptions on what the different modalities being used. The overfilled , cartoonish look is out ( thank goodness) and a more natural rejuvenation is in. The key is in the provider , and patent assessment , with realistic outcomes ensuring a great finished look. ~Melanie
