Thanks to my entire staff for all their hard work they do everyday. Their hard work and dedication increases patient care in my practice. With Labor Day approaching office hours are changed. My office will be closed Fri Sept 4th and Mon Sept 7th so my workers can enjoy a long weekend with their families. Normal office hours resume Tues Sept 8th. Have a safe and happy Labor Day weekend!

ORTHO WALK-IN CLINIC

Sports season is back and unfortunately sports injuries happen. Make use of my walk-in clinic and I will help get the athlete back in the game! State of the art digital x-ray, casting/spinting (including sport allowed soft casts), bracing, in office PRP injections and directed home exercise programs all done at one stop. Always billed at lower primary care cost and seen directly by myself, a sports medicine specialist. Avoid the long waiting times of the ER and higher specialty co-pays.

Wishing everyone a safe and happy 250th anniversary of our country. Thank you to all the armed forces keeping our country safe and free. My office will be fully closed on July 3rd and will resume normal hours on Monday July 6th.

My office welcomes Zanesville native Samantha Kanavel CNP-FNP. Samantha Kanavel started her nursing career as a Registered Nurse (RN) in 2011 in Critical Care and furthered her education at Ohio University to become a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016. She is AANP board certified and has experience in Family Practice, Pediatrics, & Urgent Care. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children in the outdoors. She enjoys golfing, fishing, camping, gardening and cooking. The majority of her time has been spent serving rural communities and she prefers a more personal provider- patient experience.

With the snowstorm coming this weekend I will check how the roads are Monday AM. For my office, if it’s a level 2 or worse around 6am we will close for the day. I will post something Monday early AM to let patients know my clinic hours that day Stay safe and warm this weekend.

Wishing everyone a safe and Happy Thanksgiving. I will be out of the office until next Monday. My office is opened today with my NP if need an acute visit, but will fully close the rest of this week.
