Our Cold Pressed Juice is comparable to a delicious daily multivitamin produced straight from the earth with 0 added chemicals, 0 man-made colors/flavors, & 0 heat application. Basically, NOTHING FAKE. Our process is much different than traditional juicing you may see happening in your neighbor’s kitchen— while still yummy, t

raditional centrifugal juicers break down much of the essential nutrients & enzymes due to the method of processing & heat that is produced during production. We use a TRUE hydraulic cold press to create these beautiful juices. The press squeezes the fruit + veggies with 2.7 tons of pressure, allowing all of the live enzymes + nutrients + antioxidants to stay intact. When we cold press juice, it removes most of the insoluble fiber (90%) which then creates less strain on the digestive system and also allows for increased absorption of specific enzymes and phytonutrients that are typically inaccessible otherwise. The juice floods the bloodstream with much higher concentrations of vitamins, minerals, & live enzymes. Juicology provides a crisp, smooth, & fresh juice that is ideal for a variety of taste buds with an endless list of health benefits. From default, we are very good at making things palatable & not taste like dirt… but more like delicious squeezed goodness instead. We plan to be diverse in our offerings as we grow serving our community. We are a tiny yet mighty small local business in the 740. We have background in the health and fitness industry; owning a booming fitness facility, being a certified personal trainer as well as a certified fitness nutritionist. We also have owned restaurants for the past 15+ years. So creating healthy lifestyles & providing delicious goodness for our community is nothing new to us =). Our goal is to provide wholesome delicious juices that will benefit the well-being of our family & yours. This will make you think of one of those caramel apple suckers 🤤

Loads of caramel, sweet apple c***r, a splash of soda to keep it crisp & bright, topped with a salted caramel cloud top and toffee sugar! 🤩 A big stir of this creates a creamy & dreamy caramel apple— aka the superior fall flavor!

We will serve these made to order & canned up like our other Vice x VYBE drinks!

Remember, we are primarily a mobile scratch kitchen! That means we are chopping everything that goes in your salad & on your bowl. We make most of our dressings in house, all of our cold foams, all of our vice drinks are made to order, our cold pressed juices are pressed, bottled & labeled by us! We don’t take any shortcuts with quality! Because of this, we’re never going to be as fast as McDonald’s 😜
So if you’re needing food by a certain time, order online is heavily encouraged! We stay nonstop busy with orders the entire time we are open— even if you don’t see a line, because they’ve ordered ahead!

One of our most popular salads fits perfectly for fall.

🥗 Honey Crisp Grove Crunch 🥗

A freshly chopped bed of romaine, featuring our signature Za’Atar baked chicken, honey crisp apples, pecans, dried cranberries, red onion & goat cheese. & the kicker— topped with a gluten free honey granola for the crunch factor! This is served with our house made apple c***r vinaigrette dressing on the side. We also REALLY love to add bacon to this salad (optional) as well.

Our salads are all very large meal size salads! They’re loaded down with toppings & make a perfect healthy lunch or dinner.

We have lots of gluten & dairy friendly options at VYBE & I can’t name another option in our small town to get something this good & a little different that’s actually clean ingredients and good for you!

Our friends at Copper & Co Salon asked us to come hang out Friday— so that’s where you’ll find us from 11-3p 9/4. We will be open both in person for walk up orders & online to accommodate everyone grabbing lunch on their lunch break!

We can’t wait to see our Copper & Co girlies & hopefully some other new faces in the community for lunch!
