Good evening to everyone! Just a heads up that I (Dr Edwin) will be out of the office from Thursday Sept. 17th until Friday Sept. 25th, returning back to normal hours Monday Sept. 28th. I’ll be heading to Palmer College of Chiropractic for continuing education and my 20 year reunion! Also, it’s my beautiful Wife and I’s 6th wedding anniversary so, we figured we may as well make a week out of it and do some camping and hiking up in the UP Michigan! Haha
So, if anyone has been thinking about getting in for a much needed tune up bc gravity and stress don’t take a day off, let me know before I’m out of the office for a bit. Have a great rest of your week and a wonderful holiday weekend!

Just a heads up for anyone that wants in soon… I will be out of the office starting Thursday, July 16th next week and won’t be back in until Wednesday, July 22nd. I am taking my family up north to the Adirondacks for some much needed nature and family connection time. I hope everyone has a great Horse Trading Days!

We all really need to acknowledge and respect this. I bring this up all the time. Our thoughts and brains influence all of our anatomy and physiology. If the mind is constantly overstimulated and put into the states of fear, anger, frustration, etc… that keeps us full of tension and stiffness. Understanding this is understanding root cause, way up stream, so you can truly heal and get out of the same symptom cycle. I am very confident that my love of being in nature very regularly and off my phone for good chunks while being out there, highly contributes to my good health and aging well. With that, I can’t wait until my next week in the mountains! Taking the family to the Adirondacks in less that 2 weeks!

We've become so afraid of silence that we fill every empty moment with noise. Music, videos, podcasts, and endless scrolling leave little room for reflection. But a mind that never rests cannot think clearly or find lasting peace.

Give yourself permission to be still. Walk without distractions, sit quietly, and allow your thoughts to settle. In those moments of silence, clarity grows, creativity returns, and the mind begins to heal. Sometimes, the greatest reset isn't more stimulation—it's simply a little less.

The first holiday weekend of the summer is upon us! The office will be closed on Monday May 25th (of course we will be in the woods! Haha). This Friday is booked up, but today through Thursday we have some rare last minute openings if anyone needs in or knows someone that would like to be a new patient.

I need to find the whole video, but….he’s talking about Artemisinin aka Chinese Sweet Wormwood! The right herbs, collected the right way, using the right parts of the plant, and processed the right way can be very potent and powerful! Sadly there’s so many companies just trying to make a quick buck so, much of the stuff that is out there just doesn’t deliver bc of one or all of those factors are wrong.

Happy New Year Everyone! We hope everyone takes time to reflect and learn from this past year but not to beat ourselves up if we fell short at times. We are all human and we all have flaws and despite what social media shows, No One, and I mean NO ONE is perfect. All we can do is hopefully learn and do a little bit better next time. I truly hope everyone sets small, reasonable health goals for the new year. Consistency is where the magic lies and we truly don’t have anything if we don’t have our health. Consistently improving the foundations of sleep, nutrition, strength and movement, stress management, and getting out into nature will always beat chasing bio-hacks and fads. (I am deeply connected to my Western Pa blue collar roots…nothing beats good old fashioned, not trendy work.)

Ps. We have not raised fees in 4 years. So here are the new fees going into 2026.
Chiropractic New Patient visit is remaining 80$. 30 min session will be 50$. Bundle of 6 30min sessions 270$. 30min massage 50$, 60min massage 90$ and 90min massage 130$.
