Happy New Year Everyone! We hope everyone takes time to reflect and learn from this past year but not to beat ourselves up if we fell short at times. We are all human and we all have flaws and despite what social media shows, No One, and I mean NO ONE is perfect. All we can do is hopefully learn and do a little bit better next time. I truly hope everyone sets small, reasonable health goals for the new year. Consistency is where the magic lies and we truly don’t have anything if we don’t have our health. Consistently improving the foundations of sleep, nutrition, strength and movement, stress management, and getting out into nature will always beat chasing bio-hacks and fads. (I am deeply connected to my Western Pa blue collar roots…nothing beats good old fashioned, not trendy work.)

Ps. We have not raised fees in 4 years. So here are the new fees going into 2026.
Chiropractic New Patient visit is remaining 80$. 30 min session will be 50$. Bundle of 6 30min sessions 270$. 30min massage 50$, 60min massage 90$ and 90min massage 130$.
