Last school year brought so much change, growth, and expansion. 🌿
Somewhere along the way, my nervous system whispered, I need a different rhythm. This one isn’t working for me anymore.
This summer break was about coming home to myself again… to find my new rhythm.
Playing with my personal practice supports me stepping more deeply into expansion in my daily life.
Day after day…
Showing up for myself.
Keeping the promises I make to me.
Rebuilding trust through small, intentional moments.
I’ve been:
✨ Reclaiming my self-practice this summer.
✨ Creating a stronger foundation.
✨ Breathing deeper into the expansion.
✨ Meeting discomfort with curiosity, even as resistance shows up.
✨ Listening more deeply instead of micro-pushing.
✨ Moving instead of bracing.
What does that look like for me?
Breathwork.
Energy work.
Stretching.
Strengthening.
Flexibility.
Shaking.
Fluid movement.
Dance.
Not to become someone new—
but to remember who I already am beneath the noise.
New rhythms aren’t always found in the big breakthroughs.
Sometimes they’re built in the quiet decision to return to yourself…
again and again… and again. ✨
This is a small glimpse into a morning from early summer—a quiet moment of reconnecting with my body. 🌿
What has helped you come back home to yourself this season? 🤍
