Es una frase que escucho muy seguido. Pero el Reiki no requiere de tu fe, te invita a la práctica. 🧘‍♂️

Mover la mirada del plano mental al plano vivencial es donde ocurre la verdadera transformación.

No se trata de pensar en el equilibrio, sino de habitarlo a través de la experiencia directa que nos brindan las técnicas.

Menos teoría, más práctica. Menos "creer", más habitar. ✨

No se trata de qué Reiki es mejor que otro ni de quién acumula más niveles.
Se trata de comprender qué es realmente el Reiki, de dónde viene y cuál es el origen del método, para encontrar una práctica que te sea útil y mejore tu calidad de vida.
Así de simple. 🌿

It is not about which Reiki is better than another, nor about who accumulates the most levels.
It is about understanding what Reiki truly is, where it comes from, and the origin of the method—so you can find a practice that is genuinely useful and improves your quality of life.
