It sounds so easy to say I'm not going to eat crap foods but yet they do seem to go down rather easily. What part of CRAP foods is hardest for you to give up?...Carbonated drinks? Refined or Artificial sugars? Artificial foods? or Processed foods? what else???
It can take up to 30 days to detox your body of the effects of these CRAP foods. Once you crowd out the crap & bring in the flavors of whole unprocessed foods, then they begin to express themselves & taste good & the other crap will actually make you cringe when you try it. Remember these artificial foods are designed in a lab to make you crave them & want more. The artificial flavors & colors are proven endocrine disruptors & can wreak all kinds of havoc on your body.
