It sounds so easy to say I'm not going to eat crap foods but yet they do seem to go down rather easily. What part of CRAP foods is hardest for you to give up?...Carbonated drinks? Refined or Artificial sugars? Artificial foods? or Processed foods? what else???
It can take up to 30 days to detox your body of the effects of these CRAP foods. Once you crowd out the crap & bring in the flavors of whole unprocessed foods, then they begin to express themselves & taste good & the other crap will actually make you cringe when you try it. Remember these artificial foods are designed in a lab to make you crave them & want more. The artificial flavors & colors are proven endocrine disruptors & can wreak all kinds of havoc on your body.

This is one mulit-tasking herbal tea! TULSI TEA made from the 2nd most HOLY HERB, Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum). It is naturally decaffeinated. It is easy to grow and tastes sweet. I find it a nice beverage to drink with friends/clients to bring us down a notch or three all while absorbing its many health benefits.
How to brew:
Boil 2 cups of water. Add a handful (about 15-20) of fresh or 1 tablespoon of dried leaves to the water. Reduce the heat and let it steep or simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain the leaves, add honey or lemon to taste, and serve hot.

👩‍⚕️Omega-3 fatty acids are “healthy fats” that may support your heart health. One key benefit is helping to lower your triglycerides. Specific types of omega-3s include DHA and EPA (found in seafood) and ALA (found in plants). Some foods that can help you add omega-3s to your diet include fatty fish (SMASH acronym-for best types), flaxseed and chia seeds. It only takes 2 Tbsp of these seeds to get the recommended daily amount.
❤️The National Institutes of Health suggests consuming 1.1-1.6 grams of omega-3 fatty acids a day, while the American Heart Association recommends eating two servings of fish (3-4 ounces) a week as part of a heart-healthy diet. It takes about 4-5 ounces of Atlantic salmon to provide 3 grams of omega-3 fatty acids. Fish oil supplements typically provide about 300 milligrams per pill, though doses vary.

How often do you observe your nails? Our nails can provide information as to what may be going on inside us. Oftentimes, women tend to cover their nails with polish. Polish itself is quite toxic not to mention the polish remover is as well. It is fun to paint them but I encourage you to allow them to be unpainted and natural at times to allow oxygen to the nail. Have you ever noticed when you remove the polish & the nail seems yellow? This too is information to consider as it may indicate: a respiratory illness, or infection or fungus of the nail.
