Plant medicine and essential oil Helaing is simply lovely! Thyme is good for our bodies, minds, feelings and souls! Thyme essential oil helps us to release and forgive with greater ease. True Forgiveness allows us to step back and witness a situation or relationship and realize (see with real eyes) that nobody is a victim. With forgiveness, we can breathe freely and open up to more creative powers! And it smells so good … Breathe it from the bottle, use in diffuser and/or apply to body with a carrier oil of choice!
