📣📣📣
We’re opening a limited number of 1-on-1 Online Energy Healing sessions for August & September.

For those who have been asking for healing services with us privately, this will be our main window for online sessions for the next few months. From October through November, our attention will shift toward our in-person training.

Our online work focuses primarily on the vital, emotional, and mental fields - clearing what may be stuck or congested, restoring greater balance, and helping stabilize the system so the body can better regulate and heal itself.

For chronic issues involving organ health and deeper lifestyle regulation, we generally prefer working together in person, where we can assess and support the physical body more directly.

Each session is 60 minutes and held privately via Google Meet. We’ll begin by briefly talking through what you’re currently experiencing and what you’d like support with, followed by the healing work itself.

If you’ve been meaning to work with us, August and September are a good time to book.

What’s the difference between remote viewing and astral projection — and what do they actually feel like?

In this video, I share my current understanding based on my own experiences with remote viewing, astral projection, the astral body, and deeper states of meditation.

A lot of this once sounded way too “woo-woo” to me. Over time, I had experiences that challenged that assumption — while also teaching me the importance of staying grounded and not getting lost in extraordinary experiences.

You don’t have to believe anything I say. Stay curious, use discernment, and validate what’s true through your own experience

Week 1 of our Elemental Sphere Embodiment Series 🔥

We began by building and embodying the Torus Field — the electromagnetic field around and within the body.

From there, we worked with the Fire Element, bringing its qualities into the Torus Field to begin building the Fire Element Sphere.

But underneath the techniques were some important lessons about how we approach energy cultivation itself.

Swipe through for 3 takeaways from our first session →

❗This week is the last chance for Art of Chi students to join the remaining 5 weeks of the Elemental Sphere Embodiment Series.

Open to students who have completed Module 1 or are currently progressing through Module 1 alongside the live training.

DM us if you’d like to join. 🔥

Our hearts are full. 🤍

Yesterday, 15 Art of Chi students joined us from around the world for our New Moon gathering.

We spent the morning in a long meditation together - connecting with Gaia consciousness, working with the four elements, and attuning to the energies of the Moon and Sun - followed by an open Q&A where students could share their experiences and ask questions about their practice.

One of the things we’ve been reflecting on lately is that teaching the material is only one part of the journey. What matters just as much is making sure our students are actually progressing with it - having a place to ask questions, receive feedback, work through challenges, and continue going deeper.

So for the next two months, we’re dedicating more of our time to supporting our Art of Chi student community.

We’ll be opening more opportunities for live practice, a 6-week Embodiment Series, 1-on-1 training and 1-on-1 healing, alongside our new student community space where our online and in-person students can stay connected.

If you’ve been thinking about joining Art of Chi Online, this is a particularly good time to begin. You won’t just be going through a course on your own, you’ll be joining an active community of practitioners and have opportunities to practice and grow alongside us.

Vipassana meditation has helped millions of people experience stillness and awareness beyond the ordinary thinking mind. I’ve attended multiple Vipassana retreats myself, including 10-day silent retreats, and there’s a reason this practice can be so powerful.

But understanding why Vipassana works also led me to question whether it was the practice I wanted to continue.

In this video, I explore the mechanisms behind Vipassana, why the stillness we experience on retreat can be difficult to sustain in modern life, and why this eventually led me toward Internal Alchemy and a different approach to meditation—one where stillness becomes increasingly integrated into everyday life.

This isn’t an argument against Vipassana. It’s a reflection on what makes it work, the limitations I personally encountered, and why I ultimately chose another path for my own cultivation.

If you practice Vipassana, Internal Alchemy, Qigong, or another contemplative tradition, I’d love to hear your experience.

Calling all Art of Chi students — online & in-person 🌑

Whether you’re currently studying with us online or have trained with us in person, this gathering is for you.

On the New Moon, we’re bringing our student community together for a live session:

🌑 New Moon & 🌞 Solar Eclipse Meditation: Release, Reset & Renewal

✨ Thursday, August 13
8 AM Indochina Time (GMT+7)
✨ Approx. 2 hours | Live Online on Google Meet

We’ll come together for discourse, guided meditation, reflection, and Q&A — taking this New Moon & Solar Eclipse as an opportunity to let go of what has run its course and create space for what comes next.

This is also the beginning of something we’ve wanted to build for a while: more opportunities for our students to learn, practice, and connect together beyond the courses.

And if you’ve been thinking about training with us but haven’t yet taken the step, this is a great time to join.
Enrolment in the Art of Chi gives you access not only to the training itself, but also to live gatherings like this and the growing student community around it.

📣 Current students: check your email (and likely spam folder) for the invitation and RSVP details.

See you on the New Moon 🌑🌞

The right mindset changes the way we practice.

As a student of the inner arts you are not simply collecting techniques or searching for the next experience.

You are to remain curious without becoming distracted.
Disciplined without becoming rigid.
Open to guidance without surrendering discernment.

Real progress asks for patience, humility, consistency, and the willingness to meet the practice even when it doesn’t feel powerful or inspiring.

Discernment is part of the medicine.

A practitioner is not called to intervene in every situation, fix every person, or carry every burden. Healing requires consent, readiness, responsibility, humility, and a clear understanding of one’s scope.

Sometimes compassion means offering support.
Sometimes it means referring someone to a more appropriate form of care.
Sometimes it means stepping back and saying No.

In the role of an energy practitioner, you are not a savior. You need to cultivate enough clarity to recognize when action serves—and when restraint protects both practitioner and client.

To work with energy responsibly is to respect timing, boundaries, and the sovereignty of the person before you.

Which of these precepts has been the most important in your own practice?

A little life update from us 🤍

Most of what you see here is teaching, training, practice, and our weekly YouTube videos.

But behind all of that, we’re also just a married couple trying to live a good life, raise a family, spend time with the people we love, and remember to enjoy the ordinary moments in between.

You might have noticed our slower responses to emails, WhatsApp messages, and YouTube comments lately... These past couple of weeks, we’ve been doing a little less producing and a little more living.

Taking our baby to the beach for the first time. Spending time with family and with each other. Exploring new venues for our future trainings. Reading. Walking. Sitting in coffee shops. Sleeping during the day. And sometimes doing absolutely nothing productive at all.

It’s easy to feel like we always need to be creating, teaching, working, or moving on to the next thing. But life is happening in between all of those things too.

So there won’t be a new YouTube video this Tuesday (tomorrow). We’re taking a small break, and it’s been good for us.

We’ll be back next week, hopefully a little more rested, a little more present, and with something exciting to share.

Thank you for being here and for being part of our journey. 🤍

One of the things we emphasize in our training is that meditation isn’t just about sitting still. It’s about learning how to access a specific state of consciousness consistently.

If you look at elite athletes, musicians, or performers, many of them have rituals before they begin. A baseball player might adjust their gloves the same way every time. Another athlete might kiss a cross around their neck. Tony Robbins jumps on a trampoline before he goes on stage. These rituals aren’t magical. They’re triggers that bring the mind and body into a familiar state of performance.

Energy training works in much the same way.

In the beginning, you might need several minutes to settle your mind. You learn your posture, your breathing, your awareness, and gradually your nervous system recognizes the pattern. As your practice matures, these individual pieces begin stacking on top of one another.

Eventually, what once took four or five minutes to cultivate can happen in a single breath.

This is why we don’t think of meditation as simply repeating a technique. We’re conditioning the mind and body to recognize a state, until entering that state becomes almost effortless.

That’s where consistent practice begins to compound.
