🦷 CAN AN IMPLANT BE PLACED IMMEDIATELY AFTER REMOVING AN INFECTED TOOTH?

Importantly, immediate implant placement does not mean that every infected tooth can be replaced with an implant right away.
The dentist needs to assess the extent of the infection, the condition of the surrounding bone, and whether the infection can be adequately controlled before deciding if immediate implant placement is appropriate. Every case requires an individual treatment plan.
